You’re invited to a weekend full of beauty, rest, & connection in Maine

During this 4-day, 3-night retreat, you will have an opportunity to reset, recharge, and build your own daily personal growth practice in the mountains and ocean air of Acadia National Park and the magical town of Bar Harbor, Maine while we hike, paint, and explore personal growth principles through intimate workshops, time in nature, and mindfulness sessions.

Each day will include an oceanfront sunrise, moments of meditation, reflection, and wandering through mountain trails, ocean paths, and shop-lined streets to soak up the beauty of Acadia and Bar Harbor. We will enjoy delicious, fresh, nourishing cuisine, enjoy nature on our shore paths and the mountains of Acadia National Park, and finish our days chatting by the firepit.

The workshops will be focused on exploring personal growth through reconnecting to nature and self-expression with a focus on mindfulness and activating our intrinsic creative expression and intuition to build a daily practice.

Space is limited to 7 guest rooms per retreat — an intimate small group experience.
