15 Books I'm Reading Right Now
There’s been a bit of a transformation at my house this week. The story goes like this. . .
Once upon a time, there was a family who lived super light, making their home in a little Airstream while traveling the US for seven years. Then, they decided to settle down in a little cabin in the woods in Maine and within three years, they realized their life had exploded into books, Legos, and art supplies piled into every spare corner.
One day, the lady of that house decided one of those corners should be saved from the chaos. So, she wrangled her family into moving some of the unused stuff from an open landing on the second floor with great sunlight and a super cozy feel. And she spent a few hours one Friday night turning it into a book nook, writing haven, and yoga space.
That lady was me—last Friday night, and I’ve been enjoying it ever since.

I can’t even tell you how amazed (& grateful) I am that I took the time to remake this little corner of my house. And that I spent $0 doing it. It’s something that’s bringing me so much joy right now. So. Much. Space. For. Reading.
Which is a really good thing since the weather turned freakishly cold here overnight and now all I want to do after playing in the leaves on the trail this weekend is come home and read for a while. I thought you might be experiencing a similar feeling wherever you are this morning, so I wanted to share. . .
